Forgotten Education & Knowledge HUB password

Upon registration, an automated email is sent to the email address of each user. This includes login credentials: a unique username and a password.

In case the password is lost, individuals should use the Lost password? function on the login page. They need to enter the email address associated with their account and the system will send to this address a new temporary password with instructions. Spam/junk folders are also to be checked for this email.

Note, that using any email address that is not registered on the platform will not function.
