Creating an account on the Education & Knowledge HUB
Users can create an account at https://education.triathlon.org/login/signup.php. Email addresses used earlier will not be accepted for new account creation.
Please note, that the Education & Knowledge HUB and triathlon.org currently require separate accounts. You will not be able to log into the HUB with your triathlon.org account.
When creating a profile, users must enter their name as it appears in their passport and on triathlon.org to ensure we can match their learning achievements to their triathlon.org profile.
Once the registration page is complete and submitted, login credentials will be sent to the email address used for registration in an automated email.
Should there be a typo in the email address entry, the user could not receive login credentials. Please check your entry carefully before submitting!
In case you entered a correct and working email address, please check spam/junk folders for the email with login credentials! Should you still not find login information, please refrain from creating multiple accounts, and submit a support request ticket instead!
Users under the age of 16 will not be able to create accounts on their own (there is an age verification step included). They are required to provide a completed and signed parental consent to have their accounts created for them. The digital form can be filled in and signed here.
Note, that previously there were pdf and doc formats also used, but World Triathlon is rolling these out.
