Creating an account on the Education & Knowledge Hub

From Tuesday 13 October 2026, you sign in to the Education & Knowledge Hub with your World Triathlon account. The Hub no longer has its own sign-up page.

Already have an Education Hub account

You don’t need a new account. Go to https://education.triathlon.org and sign in with the email address you already use. In most cases you will receive a one-time code by email to sign in. If you are asked to reset your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page.

Have a World Triathlon account but have never used the Hub

Sign in at https://sso.triathlon.org/register/sign-in and complete your Education Hub profile. Your account will then be linked to the Hub.

New to World Triathlon

1. Register at https://sso.triathlon.org/register?systems=education_hub.
2. Enter your name exactly as it appears in your passport.
3. Use your own email address, not a shared National Federation or family address.
4. Enter your competition age, which is your age on 31 December of the current year.
5. Confirm your email address using the code we send you.
6. Our support team reviews every new request to prevent duplicate accounts. Please allow up to 48 hours; simple requests are often approved sooner. [You will receive an email once your account is approved.]

Please register well before any event entry deadline.

Under 16

Users under 16 cannot create an account themselves. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the parental consent form. We create the account once we have reviewed the form.

Not received an email?

Check your spam or junk folder, and check that you entered your email address correctly. Please don’t register again with a different email address, because that creates a duplicate account. Submit a support request or contact support@triathlon.org instead.

Please note, that the Education & Knowledge HUB and triathlon.org currently require separate accounts. You will not be able to log into the HUB with your triathlon.org account.

When creating a profile, users must enter their name as it appears in their passport and on triathlon.org to ensure we can match their learning achievements to their triathlon.org profile.

Once the registration page is complete and submitted, login credentials will be sent to the email address used for registration in an automated email.

Should there be a typo in the email address entry, the user may not receive login credentials. Please check your entry carefully before submitting!

If you entered a correct and working email address, please check your spam/junk folders for the email with login credentials. Should you still not find the login information, please refrain from creating multiple accounts and submit a support request ticket instead.

Users under the age of 16 will not be able to create accounts on their own (there is an age verification step included). They are required to provide a completed and signed parental consent to have their accounts created for them. The digital form can be filled in and signed here.

Note that previously PDF and DOC formats were also used, but World Triathlon is phasing these out.
